Justin Ingold

Justin comes from an eclectic family in South Louisiana. He attended Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge where he earned bachelor's degrees in History & Psychology and a doctorate in HOW TO THROW A PARTY! Having a strong desire for change and "fresh air," Justin moved to Denver in the summer of '16. He left a prosperous career working for a large construction equipment rental corporation at the end of '17, after nearly 10 years in the industry. The idea for building a catering and mobile food business derived when friends would gather every week at "Tha Dock" (Justin's Denver residence) for dinner. The desire to share New Orleans-style Creole & Cajun cuisine with local friends while creating new CONNECTIONS made Justin feel at home in his new city.

Kevin Adams

Kevin was born in Kenner, Louisiana and raised on the “Northshore" of Lake Pontchartrain where the lines between Cajun (country) and Creole (city) were blurred. Kevin started cooking with a step-stool, and by age thirteen, began working with his extended family at Judices Magnifico Kitchen. During that time, he learned the essence of Creole cuisine with a menu that blended Italian, French, Spanish, American, and other worldly inspired dishes. Kevin is a writer who takes great pride in his work, often highlighting the catastrophes that have struck his native Louisiana and the resiliency of the people of the region. You can find Kevin slinging spatulas in the CCC mobile restaurant, or dropping mics at local venues with his spoken word.

John Paul “JP” Turgeau

John Paul “J-Peazy” was born in Metairie, Louisiana, just outside of New Orleans, the year of Big Brother. JP’s family relocated to the “Northshore” of Lake Pontchartrain due to the Pan Am Flight 759 crash in 1982. Growing up, JP learned the fundamentals of cooking from his father Darryl along with his second family, theJudice’s. JP is a well-seasoned veteran in the kitchen. With over 15 years of experience preparing various cuisines ranging from Italian, French, and Mexican to southern vegetarian, he’s been a mainstay in restaurants throughout South Louisiana since his teenage years. JP has been on kitchen staff at Judice’s Magnifico, Et Toile, Sorrelis, Winos and Tacos, and Toad Hollow Cafe. JP not only brings strong cooking skills to the table; he’s also a talented musician known for slapping the bass, strumming the strings, or scratching the vinyl. He truly is the epitome of taste and sound.

Eugenie “Gwen” Abadie

Gwen is a southern gal. Born on the Northshore of Lake Pontchartrain in Slidell, Louisiana, Gwen left home for 7 years where she lived in Houston, Texas working in cosmetology. She returned home to build successful businesses baking and hair-dressing. Gwen is a self-taught baker and pastry chef. It was upon her first visit to Denver where she was acting as a guest chef in the development of CCC’s first homemade King Cake recipe when she fell in love with Colorado, the Crescent City Connection, and the vision our company has to connecting Louisiana culture to the masses in Colorado. She agreed to join our team in January of 2019 and the rest is history. Gwen not only understands the meaning of “Southern Hospitality,” she spreads her sweetness to all in her company. If you have a craving for dessert, consult Gwen. Her artistic ability with baked goods really takes the cake.
